The Productivity Planner Review. I found myself in the position of looking for ways to increase my productivity and to actually ensure that each and every day I was making massive progress towards my goals and desired outcomes. It began by me searching for different strategies, techniques, and daily planners. I had to beat procrastination on the most important tasks and projects, and get more done.
Here is my review of The Productivity Planner, I think this will blow you away, and I hope you find it valuable.
The Productivity Planner was the absolute solution for me to make massive progress on a daily basis towards my goals.
I was blown away by all of the sudden how much progress I was actually making in a shorter amount of time, each day, each week, and each month. The most amazing part was, I found myself accomplishing more by doing less work!
Most importantly, using a planner like this will help you stay focused, and actually accomplish what you need to in order to get real results. Therefore, you will accomplish in one month what normally took you at least three months of work.
I have to say I love the design, feel, and high quality of The Productivity Planner as well. They did a great job with the design and sizing on it.
Watch the video here below:
I found this great tool that many massively successful entrepreneurs who I personally follow were using to achieve more each and every day.
The Productivity Planner is one of the best tools I have seen and use daily for massive progress and daily productivity.
Therefore, this planner is actually the very best daily planner that I have seen. In this video and blog post I breakdown the details of how this planner works and how to use it.
Here is a look at the inside of The Productivity Planner below. Also, if you want to see and check out planner on Amazon then you can Click Right Here.
There are really three main planning elements to the productivity planner as you probably saw in the video above. First there is the "Weekly Planning" element, than the daily planning each day, and lastly the "Weekly Review".
I really love how the planner ties these three great elements together in a powerful and effective, yet simple to execute consistently type of way.
The below image also show each of the elements that I discussed in the video for the daily planning each day.
The daily elements really helps you focus on the most important, and actually achieve more by doing less.
With these methods you will be able to rabidly accomplish tasks and projects that have been procrastinated on for days, weeks, months, or even years.
The reality is that The Productivity Planner is not really just another planner, it's really a brand new productivity method.
As you can see in the image above from the daily planning for each day, there are really eight elements of the daily productivity planning.
Which these eight elements include the following:
1) The Date
2) Inspiring Quotes
3) Most Important Task of The Day
4) Pomodoro Time Tracking
5) Secondary Tasks of Importance
6) Room For Additional Tasks
7) Notes Section
8) And Daily Productivity Score Tracking for Improvement
"Productivity is being able to do things that you were never able to do before"
"We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit" -Aristotle
Quick Note Tip:
Make sure you are very clear on your yearly and quarterly goals, that you set them using the S.M.A.R.T principle. Then use the productivity planner for the highest leverage activities that lead to achieving your yearly and quarterly goals.
This is the time to be really honest with your desired goals, and what truly are the highest leverage activities that will lead to their achievement. You do this and you will find you accomplish and achieve more then you ever have before!
For The Productivity Planner Review we wanted to take a look at the weekly planning. At the beginning of the week there is a planning element, and the weekly review as well.
Before each week you get to define the highest leverage and most important tasks for the week. As you work through the week and start accomplishing tasks you can begin checking them off here.
In the image below you can see how you get to define the most important tasks for the week. You also get to define secondary tasks of importance, and some additional tasks.
I find it effective to try not to fill the whole thing out and only focus on the most important. In addition maybe adding some secondary ones as well, but you will find what works best for you.
If you are accomplishing the five most important task each week you can imagine the compound effect it will have over time.
The weekly review gives you the opportunity to then review the week. What you your wins for the week were, what you didn't complete, what you learned, and what you will do to improve the next week.
In concluding the productivity planner review, I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to get more done by working less time.
Anyone who actually wants to make way more progress towards their goals in a shorter amount of time should pick this planner up right away.
I have seen such amazing results in my own life and business from using this planner so far, and I will continue to use it to accomplish my goals.
